Terms of service

We allow 48 hours from the time of purchase to cancel an order. After 48 hours, your item enters production and can no longer be canceled or refunded.

We do not carry inventory. All of our pillow covers are made to order, crafted individually for each customer. Because each piece is custom-made, we are unable to accept cancellations or provide refunds once production has begun.

Our pillow covers are handmade in California, and each order is created with care. Please allow 14 days for processing.

If a fabric is out of stock or on backorder, processing may take a little longer. If this happens, we will notify you right away.

Please note that all covers can be customized to your preferences. We would be happy to help you with your decor project and create designs that truly reflect your style.
