All orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Delivery times are estimated by the carriers and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control. If your package appears lost, please contact us, and we will assist with initiating a carrier investigation.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are unable to reroute packages once they have shipped.
