At Concelli decor, we take pride in creating exquisite throw pillows tailored exclusively for you. Each pillow is hand crafted to meet your unique preferences, ensuring that you receive a truly one-of-a-kind piece of home decor.

Unlike large stores, we do not carry inventory. Every pillow cover is made to order with careful attention to detail. For this reason we are unable to offer refunds. The pillow cover you purchase is crafted with love and dedication to your specific choices, making it uniquely yours.

***Please note, once you order and receive a custom made pillow cover , it is not possible to return your order if you are not satisfied with a fabric color / texture ***

***We strongly recommend to place a fabric sample order prior to purchasing a pillow cover to ensure the color will work with your decor.

Items that are clearance, customized or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged once your order begun production. If you notice an item you received is damaged, please contact customer service via email. Include a photo of a damaged item in your email. We will make it right for you. 

 

CANDLES

If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return it within 7 days and we'll exchange or credit the cost of the item ( excluding Shipping & Processing fees ). CONCELLI does not pay for return shipping cost.

We allow for refunds of candles within a 7 day window. Candle must be returned in an original package in a perfect condition. If you notice that one of your products has a defect or that it has been damaged, we invite you to contact us by email as soon as possible.
