Please note that our covers are meticulously crafted to order. We intentionally cut them to the specified size, taking into account that they will shrink 1 inch after sewing. This is a common practice with made-to-order covers and ensures a snug fit for your inserts.
Important Guidance for Custom Pillow Covers
• Pillow covers are measured seam-to-seam, not from the outer edges. This is the standard method used across the home decor and textile industry.
• It is normal and intentional for pillow inserts to be 1–3 inches larger than the cover. This allows the pillow to feel full, structured, and professionally finished once assembled.
• Due to the handmade nature of custom sewing, small size variations can occur. These are completely normal and expected in custom textile production.
• Once the insert is placed inside the cover, these slight differences are no longer visible and the pillow achieves its intended tailored, designer look.
